JOHN & LINDA'S LEGACY

John and Linda Lyche have always placed a strong focus on trying to make their community a better place. With Linda spending much of her career as a teacher and school psychologist, it's no surprise that helping youth is one of their main passions.

In talking with friends, and learning of the need to provide more opportunities for youth in Onalaska, John and Linda were immediately intrigued. They have always been supportive of the Boys & Girls Club, so it was no stretch for them to consider lending a helping hand to create a new Club in Onalaska. What started out as a small conversation amongst friends, has quickly become a reality.

We are all very excited to open the doors to the John & Linda Lyche Club and help give kids the future they deserve.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Great Futures in Onalaska is a $7 million capital campaign to open a new Club in the Onalaska Middle School. This Club will increase the out of school time opportunities for youth in Onalaska.

Highlights of the campaign include:

Facility and program partnerships with the School District of Onalaska
21,000 square feet of dedicated Club space within the renovated Middle School
Gymnasium, teen center, youth center, technology center, art room, dance room, wellness room and classroom spaces
