Teens work in teams to create and operate a simulated food truck business. Participants develop a business plan, branding, and recipes, culminating in a pitch experience with local mentors.

A practical, hands‑on program focused on independent living skills. Participants practice kitchen safety, emergency response, personal responsibility, and everyday life skills in a supportive environment.
